    SimploMail Acceptable Use Policy

    Effective Date: February 11, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the SimploMail service (the "Service"). It forms part of the SimploMail Terms of Service.

Because SimploMail operates on shared infrastructure, misuse by one user can impact all users. This policy exists to protect system integrity, deliverability, and compliance.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

    1. General Use Requirements

You may use SimploMail only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection laws.

You are responsible for the content you send and for ensuring that you have the legal right to send it.

You must maintain proper domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) as required by the Service.

    2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

    • Send unsolicited email or spam
    • Use purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or third-party lists
    • Engage in cold outreach or unsolicited commercial email
    • Send phishing, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading messages
    • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious links
    • Conduct scams or financial fraud
    • Promote illegal activities
    • Send hate speech, harassment, or unlawful content

    • Use the Service in a way that damages sender reputation or shared IP integrity

    3. Prohibited Industries and Content Categories

Certain categories of content and industries are not permitted on the Service.

    4. Consent and List Requirements

All recipients must have provided explicit permission to receive email from you.

    Double opt-in is required.

You must maintain records of consent and provide evidence upon request.

Purchased, rented, scraped, or shared lists are strictly prohibited.

    5. Monitoring and Enforcement

SimploMail actively monitors sending activity, including:

    • Bounce rates
    • Complaint rates
    • Engagement signals
    • Sending patterns

Accounts exceeding a 4% bounce rate or a 0.01% complaint rate may be paused, restricted, or suspended.

We may investigate accounts where abuse is suspected.

    Enforcement actions may include:

    • Warning
    • Sending pause
    • Suspension
    • Termination

Severe violations, including phishing, malware, fraud, or use of purchased lists, may result in immediate termination without notice.

    6. Infrastructure Protection

Because SimploMail operates on shared IP infrastructure, we may restrict or suspend sending at any time to protect system integrity and deliverability.

We reserve sole discretion to determine whether activity poses a risk to the platform.

    7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of misuse of the Service, please contact us.

    8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
